Off the rails

17 chose Bandit.  These things happened:

Ran 3.6 miles

Did 50 pullups, 200 merkins, 100 dips, some burpees & a lot of mary.

Ran the Lurker amidst a throng of paying customers (Purple Crayon included).

YHC was quickly passed by Bermuda Boy and Red Fox who dominated throughout.

Vamos walked for much of the workout but somehow dug deep & found a way to lead the pax on a backwards run to the stop sign.

Red Fox had to be stopped from an attempt to lead an LBC count to 1,000.

Sweetbriar posted despite knowing YHC had the Q then spent much of the workout bitching, finally declaring YHC had reached a new low with today’s effort.

3 respects – Bermuda, Mighty Wind, Boy Scout – cracked open a can of whoop ass.

2 FNG’s and a guy from F3 Michigan (who knew?) joined us – welcome Ridgecrest (in town from MI), Hamm (All american soccer player at from USC), Steamer Sack (worked at White Castle & EH of Vamos).

Bermuda took us out with some strong words.

Thanks to RF for keys.  Sweetbriar, Nash & Stinger are your next 3 Bandit Q’s.  Hopefully they can right the ship after this debacle.

As always, nice beat down today Doobie. I love how you and Bermuda Boy have an ongoing audit of each others exercise count. Keeping each other honest… i like it. In two weeks Nash will give us a form refresh…that should even us all out again.

Good to have Sweet Briar back and his lively chatter, he’s Qing next week so chance for pay back.

So apparently the steamer sack is from Krystal Burger, not White Castle, and it’s actually called a steamer pack. My bad. Name sticks though. You can read about it here in case you’re interested in having diarrhea and / or a heart attack.

The best part is that the website advertises it as a meal for one; “You can eat one an hour and have the best day in the history of days.”
