Hear ye, hear ye. Let this serve as the perpetual preblast for F3 Caffeine, the 5 (or 4) mile F3 Metro run every Sunday. This workout never changes and it always takes place. Here are the pertinent details:
- What: A five mile run, always taking the same course. (You can also opt to take a shortcut and make it a 4 mile run. The nice thing about this is that you don’t have to make a decision until just after the second mile, so you can see how things are going)
- When: Every Sunday morning, starting at 7:15 am
- Where: Meet in front of the ABC store at Cotswold, next to the Starbucks (hence the name of the workout)
This is one of the few F3 Metro running workouts where generally everybody starts at the same time, slower guys and faster guys alike. The group naturally spreads out and we regroup at the end for COT, usually around 8 or so. For those so inclined, you can tack this on to the 7 mile #SundaySe7en run that starts in the same place at 6 am. And you can also hang around after Caffeine and join the #Qsource at 8:15 next door at Brueggers.
