Safety First

23 men found there way to the corner of Sharon and Providence and YHC was more than happy to take them on a tour of Old Foxcroft. We made our way across Sharon after YHC narrowly avoided a vehicle comin into St Gabes on 2 wheels. Thanks to Lovebug for alerting me to oncoming danger before i knew what was happening.  We gathered for COP behind PUMC under the cover of BBQ smokers: SSH x25, Merkin X15, MC x15, Squat x15. Mosey around the corner to the base of Ferncliff (heading west). Run to the other side of Old Foxcroft stopping at each speed bump for 20 merkins and 20 squats, and every stop sign for 10 burpees + LBC’s til the six is in #nomanleftbehind.  Return trip: AYG to the first speed bump, 20 merkins, 20 squats, lunge walk to the stop sign, 10 burpees, backward run the the speed bump, 20 merkins, 20 squats, run the remainder stopping at speed bumps and stop signs for ‘the usual routine’. Mosey back to PUMC, bear crawl/crab walk the parking lot, run a lap, 20 dips, 20 derkins on the rails, mosey back to St Gabes, 10 burpees OYO.


Nice work, if you could not keep count it was 70 burpees, 160 merkins, 160 squats + 2 miles on ferncliff.

Reminder to be safe out there, especially on the main roads in the dark, or around parking lot entrances. Avoid running 2 abreast when there is no buffer between the sidewalk and the street.
