EC: Swiper is a meathead. Express Y gave him a key to the place. Everyone partnered up and got a kettle bell. Partner chases to Maryland and Wellesley. 5 push ups and 5 jump squats to give the 🔔 🏃‍♂️ a head start. High pulls and push ups until everyone made it. Then partner chase up to Wellesley and selwyn for some ab work. LBC’s, flutters, Russian twists. With and without 🔔. Fountain dips while partner ran the 🔔 to the bench and back. Partner chase to the quad for a couple of laps. More high pulls and push ups until the group is back together. Then up to the top of the parking deck. Not quite capital towers but not a bad view even on a cloudy morning. More Mary. Flutter presses, pikes, and lbc’s. Run to playground for a 🔔 lap while partner does 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 dips, and 20 lbc’s. Partner chase back to tennis courts via Radcliffe. Nobody regretted being there.

Mostly compliant group. All bells made it back. C did what he does and stepped in to make sure most made it back before the clock struck 6:16. Some realized they aren’t runners but also needed a lighter 🔔. Baby steps. Combine might be their jam😳. Maybe soft core but not shorecard💪. Rube seems to getting back to better health. Also penal implants are apparently a thing. Gandy is driving the boat to dad’s camp and Swipe is landing his helicopter on the field so no whiffle ball this year.
