Surprising start to the workout as Scrooge was (almost) the last PAX to arrive.
The Thang
Warm up: SSH, Mountain Climbers, imperial walker, and some other warm up exercises.
Poker Chips: Exicon promised the workout would cause the PAX to yield. The Chips were dropped. (More about “Chip Drop” later)
100’s / Wilt Chamberlain: We all struggled to keep the count…. I think everyone was just worked out until Tea Bag finished each exersize, assuming he was keeping an accurate count. Added the McDuck to the Wilt for those doing the Quarter Double this weekend.
Knocked out few sets of curls for the girls and then ran around.
In a power grab, Beethoven “Forgot” to bring Razors F3 sign. (Will make for an easier handoff to Knee biter for his Q next week, so this site Q is not complaining)
More Tricky Vicky jokes than last week but not as many as next week.
For the domesticated men, apparently “Chip Drop” is a website to get free mulch from local arborists. I’m getting a chip drop today.
