Should have come up with some kind of 2's workout for today but didn't realize until YHC looked at his phone AFTER the workout what the day was. The Thang: Very slow 1/2 mile jog to warm up Run 5K pace for 5 min Recover for 1 or 2 min (ok it was more like 2) Stretch for 5 min
NMM I know LaRonda is spelled incorrectly but I felt foolish asking a third time for the name. It's a football call b/c he played football at Harding University (not the High School, a real University). Also the first time I've ever seen a stroller with a baby in it at F3, kudos. Thanks for indulging me with the stretching afterwards. Something I don't feel I do enough and feels great after a workout.
