Short warmorama then move kettlebells with purpose to the parking lot below the mall. Music ON. Bell work with 16 counts of most everything, heavy back and bi’s day with some explosives included (snatches, cleans, thrusters, bootyswings). 2 intermissions to meatheading: we ran the mall footprint, splitting it into 2 runs… walk it back to the flag. Fin.

Moleskin:
4 pax, 16 degrees at kickoff, quarter mile walk to cozy confines of mall parking deck, 8/16/32 counts in honor of the coldest morning of the year. Soundtrack began with YHC’s spotify F3 bootcamp mix (simons5) and ended with Wolfmother… Cool temps dont keep Matlock from oyo EC… mustve been cold if Smothered had leg coverings… Grizz has a new crib… mumblechatter led us to the conclusion that the world is a confusing place full of both good and evil. We are gooder than when we went to bed on Sunday night.
