There was running, it was roughly a ring. Tour of churches stopping first at Myers Park Methodist followed by Myers Park Baptist. Proceeded down Queens, Selwyn, then Westfield until we got all the way down to the creek. Got the PAX hopes up turning up Ridgewood but crushed their spirits when we turned Chelsea and went down hillside to the blinking light. Brutal climb all the way up Hillside back to Selwyn. Right on Queen Road East then all the way back around to Beverly then back to the start. Along the route we stopped every half mile for beach bod sculpting exercises. Distance 4.72 miles, pace 7:11, elevation 266 ft.

Speculation about medical specialties, something about an alligator, swiper pumping iron with the ladies at the express Y, KGB going broke thanks to Mahjong, mesh shorts are back on style, YHC is still vertically challenged.
