We challenged ourselves to a 7th grade football workout today. Read on to see how many hammies didnt make it

The Thang:
Lap around the church to SSH and dynamic stretching (with whistle)… over to “4th and 10”: 10 yard bearcrawl with 4 mercans each 10yd. Repeat for ~40yards… another lap around church, return for “reverse 4th and 10”: crawlbear + 4 mercans… mosey to cinder blocks for curls, surrys, upright rows, TPPs, skullcrushers x 2 rounds… mosey to ball control drill: sprint thru 2 football shields… mosey to the wall for Kuechleys (wall sits/BonnieBlairs/ApolloOhno’s)… down to bottom of the hill for sprint finish. Fin.

Naked Man Moleskin:
Answer: zero hammies blown out but you’ll all feel those Kuechleys tmro… YHC is the WR/SpecialTeams coach for the 7th grade Holy Trinity Bulldogs. It doesnt pay much but i get to yell a lot. We followed the practice script and the HIMs did great: “only” 1 fumble and FG kicker, FryFinger, was 1 for 2 (not bad with ~20 years since last kick). The wrastlers in the group appreciated the bearcrawl/crawlbear sequence- and they were out front… Pretty sure Lobstah took the sprint gold medal, couldve had some competition on right side however… OneEye still has the DB backpedal form… and Peashooter mustve been a speedskater (or ice dancer) as a child… 1.8 miles on the strava with a side of swole.
