The statement T3 practically runs itself was put to the test this morning.
SSH started us off…..lap,
Lawnmower round………lap,
Gear round…….lap,
Nuther gear round…….lap,
Over to the benches for dips, step ups and the like……..lap(split reg and kulwicky),
Round of Mary…………..lap
Q overslept, but the infrastructure held and workout began on-time. Sparty and Lucky both tried to outdo each other vying for housekeeper of the year. 2leaf blowers should’ve resulted in above average accommodations, but revs dog took a shit right behind torpedo and the workout quickly devolved from there.
Strong showing of 10 today, good to have rare visits from the likes of Carrier and TeaBag.
