After 1 round we moseyed to the parking lot for bear crawls and duckwalks. Focus on keeping legs and arms straight for a hip workout.
NMM: Thanks for indulging me on a PT'ish/PRE-hab workout. YHC wanted to focus on hip strength and mobility with a few other things (Kbell and overhead press) for good measure. The PAX seemed pretty interested in basketball goings-on. A few regulars missing this morning, Pothole, Lot Lizard...where ya at? No wonder our form needed correcting.
