Extended mosey up Foxcroft Rd to COP: SSH, SharonTowers, Birdfeeders… continue to left on Red Fox Trail. ChuckWoolerys with burpees down Fox Trail to Sharon… left on Sharon to Inspire park. Team plank/bear crawl around the urine pool/turf… mosey around to the Yama/Sabor lot. Couple passes down the middle with bear crawls/crab walks… over to the roundabout for bearcrawls and crabwalks… mosey across 2 streets to teeter pasking lot for PaulaAbdul’s for mayeb 10 lines. MikeTysons x 10 for my boy… over to the quad at Titan’s building to run 2 squares with merkins (no bear crawls, a Q for the people)… mosey back to Sharon Elem via Governors Hill Ln. Over to the jungleless gym for AYG pullups x 3 sets with other murf filler between sets… over to the school, the literal school wall, for wall sits… out the front entrance down the hill. AYG up the hill… fin.

Moleskin:
No bearclaws were given out, only bear crawls. Reminiscent of the 0.0 Q yhc had here in spring. The grumbling was lilttle less today… Gump posted, Dover did not. My guess Gump trades better today… Sabor: we learned a new pronunciation from Tardy: Sabre. Interesting… the “quad by Titan’s office” is now a United Bank also? Quick work on that building construction. Must be Choate or Doerre… Phish sphered last night and it was- awwwwwesome… Titan did all the above with 1 bicep (except the pullups).
