Better Late than Never…

The BackBlast:

…no, I’m not talking about this backlast. I’m talking about one of the PAX’s arrival. His name will remain nameless (rhymes with ghetto). After killing time doing several warmup and mary exercises, he appeared. We immediately started mosey-ing because one of the PAX requested we hit 3 miles (rhymes with yellow). We headed to Atherton Mill for a circuit of exercises. Then to Jeni’s for some good smells and another round of exercises including one of the PAX favorite: wall sits (rhymes with stiletto). Then it was a race back home where we discussed some things at COT. Rhymes with fellow, took us out. We all hit some second F with some beers at Suffolk Punch. Rhymes with Modelo and I got some EC after that, doing some additional 16 oz curls. Salute!
