This was like a "ride-along" day. YHC has this Lenten challenge he's trying to do which involves certain exercises each day with a certain number of total reps and minutes. So YHC took the Pax along with him to complete todays challenge. The Pax unknowingly participated in today's challenge minus any distance covered which for the challenge has a weekly goal rather than a daily goal, and luckily for the Pax, YHC had pretty much already hit the goal for mileage this week. So with that intro, here's the Thang we did:

Wall sit for 30 sec. while doing overhead presses Burpees 6 count x2 Situps x5 (with hold on last rep) Merkins x5 (with hold on last rep) Squats x5 (with hold on last rep) Dips (Alabama Prom Date Style) x5 (with hold on last rep) Plank with march for 30 sec.
Wall sit for 30 sec. while doing overhead presses Burpees 6 count x2 Situps x10 (with hold on last rep) Merkins x10 (with hold on last rep) Squats x10 (with hold on last rep) Dips (Alabama Prom Date Style) x10 (with hold on last rep) Plank with shooulder taps for 30 sec.

Wall sit for 30 sec. while doing milkers Burpees 6 count x6 (this was the plan, but actually executed later) Situps x15 (with hold on last rep) Merkins x15 (with hold on last rep) Squats x15 (with hold on last rep) Dips on wall x15 (with hold on last rep) Plank with Mr. Miagi for 30 sec.
Wall sit for 30 sec. while doing Muhammad Alis Burpees 6 count x8 (this was the plan, but actually executed later) Situps x20 (with hold on last rep) Merkins x20 (with hold on last rep) Squats x20 (with hold on last rep) Dips on wall x20 (with hold on last rep) Plank with hip slaps for 30 sec.
