Starting at Phoenix -lite jog to Berkeley. Squats at each intersection on Berkeley to E Morehead. Jog to Atrium parking deck. Zig-zag to the 8th level with 12 lunges per level. Down to the bottom, up to East blvd with merkins at each intersection. After 25 oblique LBC’s/per side it was on to Worthington for merkins at each intersection to Euclid and then jog back to Phoenix.
