Four intrepid HIM’s and the Q did the thang in and around Metropolitan Shopping Center. The construction workers watched the magnificent and athletic blue hairs and no hairs run by with… no curiosity what-so-ever.
We warmed up with the requisite ssh, iw, Lbc, merkins, and st.
MOSIED across the street and to the fountain on the greenway. Along to way we stopped at 5 designated light posts for 10 quick merkins at each.
2 fountain circuits including Bulgarians, derkins, bear crawl.
MOSIED under two over passes.. the Q graciously and generously breaking along the way for some very restive wall sitting. We stopped at a set of exceedingly inviting stairs and made ourselves better doing two circuits including dips, derkins, plank toe touches, and birthing butterfilies(?). Fascinating way to improve the vessel. Then we did the hipity hopity , which as mentioned in the Headline, is great for digestion.
MOSIED back to the wall to place our balls on it.
MOSIED back to the fountain with another generous and very restful relaxation on our 6 that involved various way to squeeze and stretch areas of our vessels. A couple more circuits there included going backwards up stairs and lunging down the ramp.
MOSIED back the ao, appreciating the fresh are with 5 sets of 10 jump squats. Sparty confirmed the air is fresher at the considerable height and with the air time he was getting.
Back to the beginning, we learned that not all windshield wipers effectively clean the windshield.
