Inside the ropes: #mumbleChatter and #fastTwitch conversation was better than the workout. Very little full comp – lots o’ #smackTalk. Dredd was on 🔥 and covered the full history of Venezuela, Antigua, and most of the southern hemisphere. Dredd was certain that #chupacabra was #HebrewHammer. Honest mistake -> yes there are some similarities between Venezuelaians and Hebrews.

#AquaFresh performed his own workout… two weeks in a row and decided not to carry the #ChainsOPain (thanks for stepping up #TaterTot)

#TD was back after a long sabbatical. Looking a little pudgy, time to get back in the #hotbox on a regular.
