Their will be a Cuda Run Tomorrow launching from Ben & Jerry’s on Fairview at 7:30pm tomorrow night 3/24.
The route is simple go run to the corner of SharonView and Old Providence and come back (4.82 miles). If you want to Ruck do the Loop (Fairview to Carmel to SharonView to Colony to the start on Fairview) 2.96 miles. If you want to walk let me, I will have a route for you too.
Goal is to finish by 8:15 and grab a refreshment at Bricks or Ice Cream at Ben and Jerry or both. The most important part of this is the fellowship.
As part of the 2020 Plan launching in 2022 we will put a focus of joy, laughter, and fellowship… let’s take an hour and a half to relax enjoy each other and clear those busy heads.
