Perfect morning for a workout. Temperature in the low 60’s. Its Friday so the weekend is here and 5 are at Attila which has the best AO in Metro.
Attila gets out of towners frequently due to its location close to Uptown. Today was no exception. But today we were graced with a “Hate, Hate” from Raleigh. Our visitor was all of 27. Our next youngest PAX this morning was a full 40 years his senior. He (Sanka) had to think that he had landed in an old-folks home! Hell, most of the clothes in my closet are older than 27!
So on top of that, yours truly has been dealing with a bulging disc in my lower back. I did my own thing while the rest of the PAX took off to who knows where. When I met up with them again Sanka was running the show. Pushing the pace to a level that was most likely a little much for the geriatric PAX. All survived and went for coffee. Life is good.
