Mosey across the street to Woodlark for the Woodlark Suicides. Hit all five intersecting streets, Ferncliff, Audubon, Andover, Chelmsford, and Cheltenham. 10 plank jacks at the streets and 10 squats at the start.
Mary for the six, mosey down Audubon for a wheel and spoke down Audubon, Coventry and both Ferncliffs with exercises at the end of each “spoke”. Mary for the six.
