The HIM of Black Widow ran a 4 leaf clover in honor of St. Patty's week. 4 Corners on each clover. It didn't even take me very long to come up with that. This stuff's pretty easy. But it's worth it because it makes the hard stuff a little easier. The hard stuff comes at HIM from every angle: from without - work, pressure, struggle, stress, suffering, loss; and from within - family, and the #mentalbattle. One reason why we get up at 5 am to go push ourselves in the gloom is to get a win early in the day. It's like taking a cold shower. You don't want to do it, but it's always refreshing. Another reason, and more importantly I think, is to keep in check by looking some other HIM in the eye. Some of those post workout conversations or the ones grabbing coffee after are what keep us going and give us the accountability we need to overcome the hard stuff. Thanks Pax.
