End of Summer Fun!

Several gathered for a wonderful, 60 deg beatdown at F3’s weekday OG AO, Gamucci. Hit play on the bluetooth speaker (see Spotify for the playlist) and mosey up to the AG basketball court/prison yard for some warmup – SSHs, IWs, Merkins, squats, Apollo O’s, LBC’s, WWII’s. Partner up. Partner #1 up the stairs, #2 do exercise. Repeat about 3 times. Mosey down to Selwyn entrance w/ karaokes left/right, backward run to Colony entrance. Diamonds. Run up hill to tennis courts, more diamonds. Run up and over down to the MPHS Arch. Dips/derkins while partner runs up and around median. Repeat. Mosey up to MPHS office entrance to round brick wall for more derkins. Mosey across the campus to back stairs/student drop off. Partner 1 go around left stairs, partner 2 go around right stairs. 5 buddy hand slaps at meet-up. Back up and around stairs again, go full circle. 5 more buddy slaps. Mosey across lot and do some planks. Down the school entrance at Runnymede and M. Baker. Circle down the path and go across bridge over to Selwyn lower playground. Dabo 10 count. Partner 1 around left side of track, partner 2 around right side. 5 more buddy slaps at meet-up. Complete lap. Mosey up to the F3 coupon stash behind generator bldg at Selwyn. Everyone grab coupon and do squats, curls, overhead presses w/coupons. Mosey to COT. Announcements from all and takeout courtesy of Kit. FIN
