Even more surprises than a box of chocolates…

Launched from SMS and did a little tour on the outskirts of Sedgefield. Tried to run, as that is what Sparta is used to and wants – gotta play to the audience. We had some stops to do some exercises along the way and as we got to Marsh Road and passed St Luke’s, Diddy said, “Nice warm-up, Scrooge”. So, as I was totally gassed, I quickly told the Emeritus how I really felt – I think he appreciated it. Left over from yesterday’s Razor Q, as we got to the Salvation Army, we stopped for a Cocaine Bear Crawl ladder in the parking lot (Doobie did EVERY LAST merkin that had been directed at the beginning, and with good form – something to be said about that at a Metro workout). Out and up to Selwyn Farms, where we headed in and did squats and LBC’s at every intersection. DIB decided that we were moving too slow and quietly disappeared – Bermuda Boy may have seen that happen, as those two were up ahead together, but he didn’t comment. Back to Marsh and up in the direction of South Blvd. Turn at Sedgefield Road and up to the SUMC parking lot & the home of Razor-S-Edge. Everyone is curious about what is happening until we get to the blocks (if you ever need coupons, there are 15 F3-branded cinder blocks stacked neatly along the back of the church). Sparta doesn’t seem to appreciate coupons & I guess that means that I need to get more. They don’t know what we would do over at Blizzard (evil genius laugh). Oh, and we lost Geppetto on Marsh Road, but he found us back at the middle school – my bad for dropping him.
