Muschamp Aquafresh – Partner up, line up on Pull up bar.
Partner A: Carry both Bells and both Bags to the wall and back.
Partner B: Try to get 10 Pullups and 50 Merkins before your partner gets back.

Omaha to 10 Pullups and 30 Merkins. Only 2 pieces of Gear on the 3rd cycle. I’m told there was a lot of ongoing confusion on instructions but, it still sucked. Lots of carries today.
