F3 – Where a Kid Can be a Kid

The BackBlast:

Six brave souls weathered the snow storm and made it out to Revolution for a kid themed snow-palooza workout. We started with some warmup exercises that were extending waiting for additional PAX to arrive. Once all the kiddie’s arrived, we mosey-ed to a nearby playground (doing squats, lunges, and bear crawls along the way). Commence snowball fight! No one was safe.

After the fighting slowed, we mosey-ed to visit the trolls (doing bear crawls, planks, merkins, and lunges along the way). Under the bridge we did some wall-sits, Muhammed Ali’s, and Marys. We mosey-ed back to the parking lot for the final snow activity….the Gauntlet. Two lines, one hero/idiot runs between them getting pelted with snowballs. Fun was had by all?

Injuries included: Head bang to the playground equipment (currently in concussion protocol), slip on the ice, snowball to the head, and snowball to the other head.
