Fall Convergence

The BackBlast:

After a brief round of SSH and some grape vines, a stampede of F3 logos took over Lombardy Circle. Some say it was the beautiful weather that brought them out, I still say it was the David Lee Roth pre-blast gif. And maybe calling some guys out directly helped them decide to take their DRP with yours truly (you know who you are).

In typical F3 Metro fashion, the PAX were raring and ready to go, no time to to listen to the Qs instructions. Down Lombardy, merkins and squats at poles of various types. Its 2025 they can identify however they want. Partner up for CMIYC on the way back up. The smart ones did their LBCs on the sidewalk, Scrooge had his light up tampon so that helped him not get run over. Everything else was a jumble of chaos and smack talk.

More partner hills w some core work. Some 11’s in the park to eat up time and let the guys run without getting too far ahead of their Q. Then over to Sterling via a secret path that apparently only I was aware of, though I learned about it from the BHM redwoods. Fast guys took the long route, not so fast guys took the other route(s). Finished up w 30sec of plank before Kodak decided he’d had enough and it was time for CoT.

– Carmen San Diego isn’t down the with polyamory. Says partnership should be between two men (in the gloom).
– Beethoven finally decided to join us for an “early” morning workout. Today’s achievements are tomorrow’s expectations.
– Rugburn got a taste of what its like outside of Razr & Revo. I think he liked it.
– Cindy loved the partner work, somewhat of a social butterfly. He even stuck around to talk about his feelings at CoT and did not roll out early.
– Stinger is fast again
– Kodak loves my memes, says they’re the reason he showed
– Stogie EH’d McFly from the Bundy Group, welcome to the cult brother
– Mizenheimer over slept
– WhatDid overslept too, claims he was tying his shoe, but a former nantan should know we roll at 0530 sharp. Went for a sad clown mozy before linking up with his buddy Cindy in the park
– Rube still has rabies, get well soon.

Several BHM regulars unaccounted for, hope they’re well.
