Saturday morning means it's time for #MIP and the trend of 30+ PAX continued.
By time of YHC calling side straddle hop to kick off the workout, the crew was 38 strong. #Rising
The workout happened as follows:
- Started as a large group (a nice wide circle for social distance purposes) with some SSH, merkins, sharon towers, plank, etc.
- Counted off into 4 groups and moseyed to our respective spots.
- More of various exercises at the discretion of the co-Qs (T-claps to Vega, Landry, and Pom Frites!)
- Fletch's Pyramid of Fun and Friends and Fun(tm) – OYO workout starting with 10 merkins, with additional exercises added each round (i.e. round 2 is 10 merkins, 20 LBCs, 10 merkins, round 3 is 10 Merkins, 20 lbcs, 20 jump squats, 20 lbcs, 10 merkins, etc). Some groups were hardcore and went up and down the pyramid. Some decided just climbing the pyramid was ample accomplishment.
- Note: if anyone wants a copy of the pyramid, YHC will sell for the price of a coffee at Community Matters or a beer of your choice. PBR preferred, TBH.
- Rocks - each PAX calls an exercise and leads the count. Builds leadership or whatever. Plenty of curls, overhead press, etc.
- Mosey back to parking lot for 'Landrys' (50 dips OYO on the curb)
- COT -- 4 FNGs (Paperclip, Etouffee, Folsom, and Soft Rock)
