In Beethoven’s third Q of the week, he led a varied workout which included a lot of running, a circle of pain (where knee biter had us do hollow body hold) and a heavy dose of core. Some of the workouts included a plank relay, merkins, dips and derkins, and the music had oasis and Black Sabbath.
Then, around the 30 minute mark the music shifted to the nfl films soundtrack and we did football themed workouts. An epic battle where we ran plays and the loser had to do 5 burpees (Rose and Rug Burn had a nice trick play). And then knee biter had us shagging punts.
