Friday Audit Results: Casbah’s Grand Prix

The SLT brought the clipboards and number two pencils to the comfort of Foxcroft Friday. We feared an AO in this soft backup quarterback neighborhood, with an empty roster for the 2026 Q sheet, the Site Q on Q who perhaps has hogged the leadership role or worse, a leader with no influence of the PAX.
The audit team was ready, armed with nutmeg judgement (a compulsory craft taught in all New England Schools). The sharp apprentice Sausage joined the audit, steeled in the liberal arts with a compliance concentration at the Harvard of Farmville, VA.
It was a complete surprise. The Audit team was nothing short of impressed and gassed after a critically acclaimed version of Grand Prix. The ‘bah is better than ever.
Scoring was simple, across a 1-9 scoring range with 9 being the most favorable. The main focus is on the leadership from the Site Q and Q. The rating goes as follows:

9 Virtuous Leaders
Did the workout start & end on time, with clear flow and minimal downtime? SCORE: 9. Almost Swiss timing on the start and end.
Did the Q use proper cadence and give clear instructions with good form enforcement? SCORE: 7 Some mumbling from the Q, however the Audit team was too far behind to be within earshot.
Was the workout well-balanced (run/strength/core) with appropriate distance and intensity aligned to sharpen the PAX?SCORE: 7
Did the PAX stay engaged and moving, with safe, scalable exercises for all fitness levels? SCORE: 9 Swingline employed a creative edition of the Grand Prix, and casually executed about a 3.5 mile workout while moving swiftly from exercise to exercise.
Is leadership rotating well (new Qs stepping up, well scheduled, back blasts posted, veteran Qs not hogging) did the COT & Metro South announcements spur the PAX? SCORE 7- The backblast required one nudge however was critically acclaimed and really had the anti-establishment vigor only metro can deliver.
