At the best damn bootcamp in F3 Nation, aka Black Widow, the Q Sheet is pretty much filled 100% to completion prior to the year. It’s an exclusive club that gets the honor to Q the Widow. That said, there was a gap in the last week of August that came from a pax removing their name. YHC thinks it might have been Tootsie still on IR, which is understandable. The good news is the pax got an extra helping of Sausage to start their Tuesday out right.

YHC read in a fitness newsletter an alarming stat not too long ago. Can’t recall the exact number but it was the percentage of American males above the age of 40 that could sprint, and it was very low, sub 10%, couldn’t recall exactly. The upside of this depressing take on the health and wellness of American men, is that the Black Widow pax can all sprint and we are all grateful to be able to do so on a beautiful, cool, late August morning.

We celebrated by doing a total of 9 sprints on various roads in Providence Park. In typical Coach fashion, he saved his energy for the last sprint. Bullwinkle also acknowledges that F3 is far superior to pay to play, F45, and promises to repent for his sins of going to a studio to workout by continuing to post at Black Widow.

Always grateful for the chance to lead and the ability to get out in the gloom and exercise our bodies with like minded men.
