Greenway Gloom

The BackBlast:

Seven PAX, including Ringo visiting from Sacramento, charged into the warming gloom for an old school bootcamp beatdown.

COP: The usuals, and making sure that our out of town guest also learned all the local exercises so there were Grapevines, Valdezes, Sharon Towers, etc. along with Merkins, Mountain Climbers, SSH and a few others.

Next Mosey toward the new Cook-Out and nearly get Killed by Paul Blart driving a souped-up golf cart on the sidewalk. Shake it off and keep moseying to the Petco Circle for a latter of Dips and Jumpsquats.
Move right into a greenway suicide of with merkins at every stop. Next head to the Greenway Speedway hoping to visit that before Atilla moves in the other direction. Plan killed by sleepers so we used the War Memorial Speedway instead , which was longer than the Q anticipated and Shirona warned that a merlot splash by some of the PAX may be immanent.
Back across the road for some Peoples’ Chair, Lalannes, and Alis. Mosey back to Petco Circle for some Mary. Mosey to the Arbys for some additional Mary. All you care to give up the hill, Karaoke run the road behind the Asian Library back to the Flag and burpees for the six.
