Cold and wet as we moseyed out of the #HotBox. Crossing Providence Rd was a little sketchy but we made it across with no fatalities.
Highlight of the day: Gary Parker -> GAAP made an appearance with his massive #KBell(15#) and got #Swole! YHC handed off a limited edition #HardCore patch for his efforts. GAAP announced #HardCore was gonna be his new Thursday workout.

We did our best following Forge’s directions and technical analyst skills. Let’s give him a break thou, coming off IR looking to dish out some #goodPain and the #LeatherMan did not disappoint.
