How’s Your Week Going?

It was a normal Friday morning at Sparta where the Q showed up. Everyone (maybe 1 person), was wondering what this Italian with a German nickname had in store. Follow me! We took a 4-ish mile tour through the streets of Dilworth. We did some Merkins, Diamonds, Marys, and the crowd pleasing Burpees at streets on the right. We ending with 3 sets of running halfway up the hill…backwards.

There we some announcements/prayer requests mentioned at COT which included the Hero Run, How to get a free F3 Tshirt, and keeping Nabisco’s family in your thoughts.
