The THANG
7 PAX arrived to Revolution Park on a cool, dark Saturday morning. Beethoven and Kneebiter arrived, as usual, about 10 seconds before launch. Out toward West Boulevard for a tour of Wilmore and the Western fringe of South End. While in Wilmore, we found an evil hill to mosey up (Wilmore Drive) and while it was not the EVEREST that Chimay took Phoenix up a month or so ago, it was bad enough. Ran around inside of Brookhill Village (a first for all of the PAX) – had to jump a fence on the way in and go through a fence to get out. Lunges, Merkins, Diamonds, Flutters, LBC’s, Squats, Air Chair’s, Backwards Moseying and more happened during this 3.1 mile excursion.

– Being Site Q for Promo has done Lynchpin well, as he was out front for a lot of this
– “Don’t write anything down” or Misenheimer will make you drink boiling spaghetti sauce
– Tiger Dog is taking one of the Q spots at Revolution soon (that IS news. Make a point of attending. He usually incorporates ‘found’ junk into the workout)
– Rugburn’s baller FIL is recovering from his fall (90yrs old and has a 65yr old wife)
– Beethoven’s M., Tricky Vicky, is visiting with her mom this weekend. They have “plans” for Beethoven (that’s all I am allowed to say – use your imagination)
– Kneebiter skipped the Wall Sits (aka “Geppetto’s Bane”), as he’s running 18 miles on Sunday (!!!!)
