Two PAX posted in the Gloom for a high-impact beat down.
1. Warm up with typical exercises and then mosey the Ring of Doom course - Dorchester to Sedgfield to Wriston and back.
2. Warm up core work- LBCs and flutter kicks
3. Grab a coupon and LET’S GET IT ON!
4. 1 min curls, 1 m squats, overhead carry to the end of the lot and back, o/h press, bent-over rows. Repeat (with a core interlude - LBCs and heel touches)
5. Run the Ring of Doom, 5x burpees at each intersection
6. Another core interlude.
7. Repeat #4 above.
8. Return the coupons, jog around the church and do more LBCs to fill out the time.
A few take-aways-
1. Revolution has a group Q on the last Saturday of each month. That sounds like fun, and it’s an easy double-dip with MIP!
2. Beethoven’s dad is recovering from a broken arm (biking accident). Keep him in prayers.
