Khloe Kardashian Doesn’t Want Her Kids To Have Social Media Till 16

The BackBlast:

12 arrived on time this morning at Latta, but we ended up on the grinder an hour later with 13.
Khloe promised a tight travel zone this am and the promise brought out quite the eclectic crew.

What We Did –
– Khloe recycled an old Khardasian workout but without the props. We hit multiple churches in the Dilworth neighborhood. However, the Khardasian version involved poker cards and free coffee.
– Church 1 – Pritchard (by the YMCA). We warmed up at DWE tennis courts and then moseyed to Pritchard where we did 25 Parker Peter’s – or was it the Peter Parker’s?
– Church 2 – Down Templeton to Myrtle to Mt Vernon. 7 merkins at each stop sign and finish at Covenant Church. Repeated the Parker Peters and added 20 merkins. It was important that we did these consecutively (or was it sequestionably – or maybe successively? )
– Quick stop at pit for Roman A$$ Ticklers – 5 trips up and around the pit’s stairs.
– Mosey to Church 3 – St Pats. Added 15 plank jacks to list of consecutive motions.
– Took a break at St Pats playground for wall sits (partner 1) and 5 pulls, 5 merkins and 5 squats (partner 2). Switch.
– Mosey to Church 4 – the Christian Church at East and Dilworth Rd. East. Not only added 10 Shoulder taps to list, but found pax#13 – Oswald. We celebrated with some Mary.
– Church #5 – last stop was the Greek Church were we added 5 burpees to consecutive list of exercises.
– We celebrated the final stop with the an “Indian Run”. We ran around the Church block. We followed that up with another lap around the block where only half the pax completed the complete lap. #notourshiningmoment
– Indian Run back to Latta where we finished with 45 seconds of air raids.

Moleskin –
– We covered about 4 miles
– Khloe had the pleasure of leading a diverse crew this am. The older pax wondered if anyone was in the Epstein files (MLF?). Speaking of the Epstein files –
– Congrats to Tassels. He and his wife are expecting a baby girl in September. It seems like just yesterday they met at an ASU football game. Tassels was in his 7th year of college and his future wife was a visiting HS senior.
– Lynchpin loved last week so much, he decided to come back. I would be surprised if we see him again after this morning’s workout. We experienced maybe the worst Indian Run in Latta’s history – and that is saying something. Tight turns, sidewalks and old people are not the best recipe.
– Rube back in US safe and sound after Disney cruise to Egypt.
– Wish we had a video of us older guys doing squats at St Pats playground. If you have watched the Instagram reels of old people dancing at the Villages in Florida – I think we would fit right in.
– What religion is Greek Orthodox?
– Latta welcomes back an OG – Nash – next week. I won’t be there, so hopefully someone documents the workout.
