The Thang:
Titan led with the classic COPs for a few minutes and muschamped to yhc. We shifted out of the lot to the capital towers parking deck where we climbed 2 stairwells and found 8 corners (2 trips around the roof)… mosey back to the kettlebells via the Symphony Park backdoor… muschamp to Titan for the lift. Bells abreast on the blacktop for every conceivable muscle group. Crowd favorites included Thrusters and Simbas. Fin.

Moleskin:
Successful convergence fire drill on 13 hours notice. Nice work, Newport. The crew was a 3 headed frankenstein creation of DMZ, wagon, liftNshift… F3 Wire got a workout himself while filming at the symphony and on the rooftop. Cant wait to see the drone footage of those full heads of hair… The drone may have caught audio of today’s pop quiz. First question: the mission. Second question: the 5 core principles. We scored a B+ with a few demerits but all solid answers… Some pax had their intro to meathead. Lift N Shift is usually similar setup. The Q splits time for bell/bootcamp. 1.7 miles on the strava today. Cmon back, Smothered runs a good shop. Mondays 0530-0615… we successfully evened out stagger left/right merkins with some earned interest on the left side… Titan’s 20 rep rotations led to several failures. Strong. No bear crawls- saving em up for shorecard perhaps…
