The Big Beautiful Workout Attila launched this a.m. with a huge crowd in attendance, the hugest of all time including the smartest, strongest, and most beautiful pax that F3 has ever seen. No photos could capture how big the numbers were and any reports that the crowd was not huge are fake news. The only news worth listening to is the news that comes from those who were there. We did the most exercises that you can imagine; ran so far that it was immeasurable; and delivered more mumble chatter than any other workout in all of F3 Metro. If you were not there, you should be next Friday to find out how big and beautiful Attila is. 5:30 a.m. parking lot across Kings Drive from Trader Joes. Some of the pax that can vouch for this report are Hallpass, Sparty, Van Winkle, and Thermostat, and if they don’t vouch for it, then YHC will sue their ass for something to be dug up later as needed.
