Tough week for the children of the 80s. We lost Ozzy, Theo Huxtable, and The Hulkster… but 8 men answered the bell and continued the grieving process together in the morning heat dome…

The Thang:
Mosey north on Foxcroft. Stop for SSH, sharon towers, to talk feelings, to remember old friends… resume mission north on Foxcroft with the Crazy Train (native american run) to left on Red Fox Trail to Sharon… Mary including Hulk Hogan leg drop training… Mosey left on Sharon to the Yafo parking lot. Wave at the security guard while Paranoid played. Hit the runway with bearcrawls and lungewalks… over to the roundabout for crabwalks and bearcrawls…

Head towards the teeter and to the lesser-used-Morrocroft parking deck for Iron Man = near 6 minutes of plank exercises with some table included (Iron Man run time is 5:55)… mosey back to Sharon Elementary thru the portal and to the jungleless gym. 3 rounds of pullups x10ish and lunges. Around the fields once, add Mary, couple more pullup sets and back to launch. Fin.

Naked Man Moleskin:
The Iron Man included plank, merkins, widearms, elbows, JLo’s, 6in, table, peterparkers. It was not pleasant… Tardy called for No More Tears and yhc was ready. Safe travels to he and the fam on holiday… also played Eye of The Tiger for fans of Rocky III and Thunderlips, the Ultimate Male… Glad we stopped by Stella Nova to get a professional review… 2 weeks in a row for Gump. Will he post mid-week???? … 3.0miles on the strava today. Pullups- checkmark.

Announcements – Booty TONIGHT 6pm-onward, party at corner of Bucknell/Queens Rd West. Look for the Sugar Creek 5-ton truck, Snoop’s pickup, and Forge’s shtter. Ruck with snoop at any time from Friday 7pm thru Saturday (5pm?)
