Give the peeps the option of running up Colony or up Camilla. The people chose Camilla & discovered we were doing ascending hand release merkins at each light. Up to 10 and then back down to 1. Yes, Virginia there is a Santa Claus, and there were 20 lights which means 110 merkins for you math majors.
Lunge walk to school, people’s chairs, balls to wall.
Mosey back to church with more merkins, squats & situps along the wall.
Back to Charlotte Church for Mike Tyson’s & bear crawls.

Good times with the Pax. Had some refuseniks on the bear crawls. Assorted comments coming from the new Nantan about how I’m supposed to be a golfer now & not a wrestler. At this point, I’m neither!! Lot Lizard & Slumlord headed to a concert. Who says 40somethings are boring. Always good to have the Nantan in the house with lots of announcements.
