Murder Rabbits? (Friday’s audit at Fortress)

To mitigate concerns about workout quality in Metro, the SLT is implementing a simple spot audit of the leadership.
Scoring is simple, across a 1-9 scoring range with 9 being the most favorable. The main focus is on the leadership of the most valuable assets to the F3 organization, the Site Q and Q. The rating goes as follows: 1 Flesh Anchors 3 BullFrogs 5 Lizards 7 Accelerating 9 Virtuous Leadership

On Friday Swap did not disappoint scoring the highest score of the Friday Audits so far with a score of a 37 (Accelerating, borderline Virtuous leadership).

This executive styled workout, with a neighborhood lurker known to hate even the whisper cadence, started on time, ended on time, and kept the pax sharp. The detailed audit results are below.

Did the workout start & end on time, with clear flow and minimal downtime? SCORE: 7
Did the Q use proper cadence and give clear instructions with good form enforcement? SCORE: 7
Was the workout well-balanced (run/strength/core) with appropriate distance and intensity aligned to sharpen the PAX?SCORE: 7
Did the PAX stay engaged and moving, with safe, scalable exercises for all fitness levels? SCORE: 9, including being creative with a partner workout around the track, working against the grain with creative exercises like murder rabbits.
Is leadership rotating well (new Qs stepping up, well scheduled, back blasts posted, veteran Qs not hogging) did the COT & Metro South announcements spur the PAX? SCORE 7- the COT was heartfelt with important thoughts shared and an excellent leadership message from Ripper. The backblast was posted within 48 hours, while the friday after thanksgiving remains open and is up for grabs.
