Tea Bag and Twister head out for workout #2 of the day.
A quick warmup and a trip down the light rail turns into burpee ladders, stair climbs, and sprint challenges.
Pick a workout, PAX chooses the rep count to beat while you sprint to the stop sign and back. Miss and it’s burpees for you. Make it and the PAX hits the concrete. FNG finds the bushes for some GI release. Sonny Merlot is born.
