⁃ 10 toy soldiers ⁃ 13 mountain climbers ⁃ Grapevine Stretch ⁃ 12 merkin ⁃ Go grab a concrete block. Say “hello” to your block. We don’t want a lonely block, so grab another block. Farmer carry to the BBQ King and “blocks down” ⁃ 20 low, slow flutters ⁃ 10 squats at every street light for a city block (broken light or not - and don’t forget to take your lovable blocks along). Stop at intersection. Do we turn or go deeper into the ‘hood? As Chimay says, “Deeper is always better”… ⁃ Big boy sit-ups at every street light (10, 20, 30, 20). Stop at intersection & head to the right. ⁃ 8 Chuck Norris merkins (on knuckles) for two lights then crucible merkins (the widest wide-arm merkin). Stop at intersection and turn right ⁃ 10 speed skaters at every light (those blocks are getting a bit heavy…) & stop at intersection. Go straight. ⁃ 10 double-block merkins at each light (each hand on a block - allows you to go deeper in the merkin) Stop at the car lot. ⁃ 20 flutters - hands behind head. ⁃ 10 Dollie’s - hands behind head Head back to the DQ & blocks back.

Next weekend is BroRuck - starting at Resident Culture Brewing in Midwood. 12pm launch. 5 miles & 6 breweries
5/13 from 11-4pm is Sedgefest (no cover charge). Beer, food trucks, live music. Help head lock guys from the area at F3’s table.
