Old Fashioned Street Light

The BackBlast:

11 left Latta this morning promptly at 7 am, but 12 finished at Latta promptly at 8 am. Skyline lived up to his preblast prediction of stairs.

What We Did –
1. Mosey up Park towards Southend with motions at various intersections.
2. Arrive at Flower Child patio for some dips.
3. Run to Leroy Fox parking deck. 5 merkins at each corner as we run to top.
4. Wall sits at top, then back down to Camden.
5. Mosey North on Camden with 5 merkins at each Skyline street light (aka – old fashioned street light)
6. Arrive at Railyards parking deck.
7. Run up to top with 5 merkins at each level. Wall sits at top.
8. Down stairs to avoid security and head south on Tryon with a stop at the pocket park at Kingston and Tryon for some Mary.
NINER. Continue on to Southend deck behind Emmy Squared.
10. Merkins, then Up the stairs for more merkins and wall sits.
11. Run down ramps with more merkins at each turn.
12. Back up stairs – 50 LBCs on your own.
13. Back down stairs, out of deck and to design center for a quick wall sit at the heart mural by Jenny’s.
14. To Camden – mosey north for some more merkins at each Skyline street light (lots).
15. Hold up at West/East, then up rail trail to Kingston.
16. Down Kingston to Cleveland for some more merkins.
17. Cleveland to Park – more Merkins.
18. All you got down Park with squats at speed humps.
1-NINER. Finish at Grinder.

Moleskin –
– Skyline promised stairs and he lived up to his promise with 3 parking deck visits. Kodak, Rube, Sheep, Sauté, 40 Thieves, Cream Cheese, Khloe, Wilson, Tassels and Glad Hander all arrived on time and covered about 4.5 miles.
– Oswald hit the snooze button 1 too many times and arrived about 4 minutes late. He guessed right that the pax headed west from Latta, but could never track us down. He ventured toward the mothership and covered 4 + miles and met the pax back at grinder for count-a-rama.
– Sheep spent most of workout with the six. He claimed it was a taper day for him. I think it was left over disappointment from the Monday night ass kicking in Chapel Bill. ESPN should be ashamed of themselves for that 60 minute Belichick love fest they called a pregame show.
– There was no Spitting today.
– Khloe’s lead for the Latta convergence last Monday did not attract any new attendees this morning. It was good to have Kodak join the Latta regulars.
– I figured MLF would show up in his Ohio State tuxedo. He did not, but Dos Equis showed for coffee.
– Rube has the lead next week. Never know where we will go with him at the helm.
– Enjoy the NFL opening weekend.
