530 GO: Mosey over to the parking lot for some stretching and warm ups. Squats, side squats, IDubs, Sharons, SSH, Merkins, Wide arms and Dry docks. GO: Down the driveway to the Selwyn arch for 15/10/5 inclines or dips (ur choice) and split squats. GO: Back up the driveway to the AG back door driveway, lunge walk up to the court for 11s. Derkins on one side; steps up on the other. When finished, circle up for everyone’s favorite fun game, STAIRS of FIRE. GO: One round featuring crowd favorites such as squats, WW2s, plank, merkins, Obliques and more. GO: back down the driveway and head back towards start. Hit the wall for Muhammad Ali’s, Air Press, Jack LaLanne’s and 20 count of ur BALLS to the wall. Several unnamed participants declined, you know who you are.
