One More Monday Morning



The BackBlast:

17 men of purpose did not let temps in the low 20s deter them from getting that work in. After a brief warm up and stretching (important) at the Selwyn track, we did a little thing I call the Bobby Weir. Partner up. Partner 1 stays on the Selwyn court and partner 2 runs. 1 round each at each designated location. Round 1: The stop sign at the MPHS driveway entrance. Round 2: Touch the door at top of Robert Plant. Round 3: Top of Wichita Hills and back. Keep an eye out for black ice. Time check and Mary. Run to the Selwyn courtyard. Dealers choice on dips or inclines, derkins and step ups. Rounds of 15, 10, 5. Mosey over and take up the wall for a few minutes. Run back to start in time for One More Saturday Night. Take up the plank and hold it for the entire song. Every time Bobby or Donna says “Saturday” do a merkin then resume the plank. Came up to ~40 total. Thank you for a Real good time – The End. Take out reminding all of us to live every day in the moment and don’t take for granted that one more Monday morning (or Saturday night).
