One time, at basketball camp…

The BackBlast:

Lee promised more than 3.75 miles and he delivered on his promise for the 14 others who showed up.

What We Did –
– Lee is always punctual as we took off down Park to 1st stop sign for SSH’s. Then took a right on Park with more warm ups along Park as we headed towards Ed’s tavern.
– Ended up at base of McDonald hill where we did 4 trips up and down. Each trip included different motions at the 3 speed bumps. Merkins, Sumo-Squats, Parker- Peters and Burpees.
– Moseyed back towards Latta with a stop for some Mary before we hit DWE playground.
– pulls, merkins, squats, then run to balls for dips. Multiple trips depending on your level of chattiness.
– Finish on grinder. See map below for entire route details.

Moleskin –
– We covered anywhere between 4.85 – 4.95 miles, depending on whether you kept up with Lee.
– A total of 15 included – Lee, Boat Misser, 40 Thieves, Sheep, Skyline, Sausage, Sauté, Cream Cheese, Grizzly, Dos Equis, Khloe, Glad Hander, Scrooge, Seat Geek and Tassels
– Grizzly decided to join the Latta regulars, we shall see if he returns.
– Sauté with a nice tribute to Skyline as he made Skyline’s recovery all about himself.
– F3 Ski group made it back in 1 piece.
– No Rube, though. I heard he decided to join Bad Bunny on tour after seeing him at SB.
– We should have done coffeeteria at Blossom Shop this am. Would have saved everyone a step on way home.
– Safe Travels to XX and Boat Misser. Argentina and India are pretty far destinations.
– Hope everyone enjoyed Lee today because there is no rest for the weary next week as Sausage has the lead.
