Had two plans when I got to the gravel lot today. Swingline talked me into trying both whilst running up the sneaky Lombardi hill for our pre run. So, the two plans became one big one.

Thang:
After Swing and I ran the mile-ish loop around Lombardy and through the soccer fields, we picked up 10 more and made a bee line up east for a quick stop at Mayobird for COP.

SSH, merkins, peter parkers, wide arms,parker peters, copperhead squats

Head out to the top of dead president’s hill. Partner up, zipper down with 10 partner hand slaps on the way down. Quick mary at the bottom, head back up with partner derkins (8 of them) as you see your partner.

Quick mary while we had a brief bathroom break. Head down East toward to Cumberland. Head toward parking lot at the bottom of the lurker stopping at each street. Alternate between 10 merkins and 10 monkey humpers. Quick mary waiting on the 6.

Set up a circuit with 10 supine’s, run around to benches for 20 dips, back to the bottom of the stairs for 10 jump ups. Repeatox2.

Head toward the exit, was reminded we had plenty of time left. Hit every light with 5 hand-release merkins and 10 jump squats followed by a safe, don’t hurt yourself, most of what you got, back to the start.

– Backyard Scare – October 30, backyard trail run. 3 different routes, do 1, 2, or all 3. 6am start time. Followed by a M and 2.0 friendly Trunk – or -Treat at 8:30ish

Found myself in a little bit of a predicament… was supposed to Q Lift n’ Shift a couple of weeks ago but had a death in the family and things changed. Like the HIM that Metro is accustomed to having in its realm, Cold Cuts covered me, and I committed to taking the next week…. only to be reminded by our dear friend SignUp Genius that I also signed myself up to run BHM. So, in typical Want Ad fashion, when I asked for a swap, he not only obliged but showed up the week after to support me on my Q. Thanks for going on my ride today… wanted to hit Dead Presidents and Stairway to Heaven… so with a solid push from Swingline, we did. Good stuff today, the humidity was back in full force… thought we may be done with it.. but… nah…
