Tha Thang: Perhaps there was an injured knee or perhaps blue just wanted to break us down in 20 seconds on and 10 seconds of active rest as we made our home on the Turf with some sprint intervals mixed in. Merkin variations, squats, planks, and core all had at least 4 minutes of action.
Moleskine: We even had 15+ Wildcats/cardinals/Celtics come and sit on the wall, watch, then disappear into the woods. I heard they walked straight to MAP because the hot sign was on.
Less miles doesn’t mean easier but it sometimes means less talking. Not a typical Atlas but an excellent Q and PAX.
