Although the rain scared off some people, we had a strong group of PACs this morning for a soaked workout. We started off with some warmups, then a rock themed set of workouts for upper body and core.
From there, we ran to the park for an epic circle of pain (including Scrooge’s beloved dive bombers where he made us SCRAPE THE CHEST).
We then did some running around the track, a plank relay, and then some more running and upper body workouts.
Also the rumor is that knee biter and Geppetto are fire type Pokemon because they’re weak to rain and didn’t show up
